摘　　要：随着生产与运输方式的不断革新,季节性商品逐渐形成稳定的供应需求,并形成了具有不确定性、短时性等特点且可持续稳定运作的季节性商品供应链。因季节性商品供应链的特性使其稳定性被破坏,而应对链事故的应急预案存在响应能力弱、反应时间长、救援执行不彻底、协调程序不规范等隐患,可见应急方案的合理制订与定期适应性调整对供应链来说极其重要。本文对季节性供应链应急方案在事故担责、同级协调、事故修复、应急放权、断层修补、定期巡检等方面存在的问题进行研究,并尝试从完善相关程序、救援平台搭建、预警方案制定、隐患定检开展等方面对供应链应急提出建议,以供参考。With the continuous innovation of production and transportation methods,seasonal commodities gradually form a stable model of supply and demand,forming a seasonal commodity supply chain with uncertainty,short time,and with other characteristics and sustainable and stable operation.Due to the characteristics of the seasonal commodity supply chain,its stability is often destroyed.The emergency plans for chain accidents have weak response capability,exposing problems like long response time,incomplete rescue execution,and irregular coordination procedures,etc.Obviously,the reasonable formulation and regular adaptation of contingency plans are extremely important for the supply chain.This paper studies the problems of seasonal supply chain emergency response plans in terms of accident responsibility,peerlevel coordination,accident repair,emergency decentralization,fault repair,and regular inspection.The paper also tries to make suggestions for supply chain emergency responses in terms of improving relevant procedures,the construction of rescue platforms,early warning program development,and hidden dangers’fi xed inspection development as references.
