摘 要:以商用车中气压盘式制动器钳体为研究对象,基于Abaqus软件进行了制动工况下灰铸铁和铸造铝合金的嵌体应力和温度场有限元分析,并基于塑性加工技术对其进行尺寸优化设计,建立了灰铸铁和铸造铝合金气压盘式制动器钳体的有限元模型,分析了嵌体制动工况下应力集中区域和温度不均匀分布特点,并采用低密度、高强度、耐高温的铸造铝合金嵌体利用单向压缩的尺寸优化方法消除铸造缺陷。结果表明,采用铸造铝合金的钳体刚度、强度符合要求,且钳体的质量大幅减小,在保证钳体正常工作的同时,达到了汽车气压盘式制动器轻量化的目的。Based on Abaqus software,the finite element analysis of stress and temperature field for pneumatic disc brake caliper manufactured in gray cast iron and cast aluminum alloy under braking condition was carried out,and the size optimization design was conducted based on plastic processing technology.The finite element models of pneumatic disc brake calipers manufactured in grey cast iron and cast aluminum alloy were established,and the characteristics of stress concentration area and uneven temperature distribution under embedded working conditions were analyzed.The cast aluminum alloy with low density,high strength and high temperature resistance was employed into optimizing the pneumatic disc brake caliper by unidirectional compression to eliminate casting defects.The results show that the rigidity and strength of the cast aluminum alloy clamp body meet the requirements,and the mass of the pneumatic disc brake caliper is greatly reduced,which ensures the normal working performance of the pneumatic disc brake caliper and achieves the purpose of lightweight automobile pneumatic disc brake.
