摘  要:石油设备轴承、汽车轴承等重要工业零件中广泛应用了方孔。与常见的圆孔相比,方孔的加工难度更高,加工精度的控制更复杂。为了提升方孔加工效率和精度,引入勒洛三角形运动规律,优化数控机床铣削加工方孔程序,并通过实验验证方孔加工程序的可行性,从而为零件加工行业的发展提供技术支持。Square holes widely exist in important industrial parts such as petroleum equipment bearings and automobile bearings. Compared with common circular holes, the machining of square holes is more difficult and the control of machining accuracy is more complex. In order to improve the machining efficiency and accuracy of square holes, the law of Lelo trigonometric motion is introduced to optimize the milling program of square holes by numerical control machine tools, which is verified by experiments, provide technical support for the development of parts processing industry.
