摘 要:模具数字化设计与智能制造技术具有自动化、柔性化以及智能化等优点。智能制造技术对于模具设计和智能化加工具有重要作用,推动着模具制造业向智能制造方向发展。在实际使用智能制造技术进行模具设计与制造时,需要运用计算机辅助设计软件(如Pro/E、UG等)进行数字化设计,再应用一系列先进制造技术加工模具零件,根据相关工业产品提出的一系列要求不断进行完善,以提高产品的生产质量。基于此,重点研究注塑模具数字化设计与智能制造技术。The digital design and intelligent manufacturing technology of mould has the advantages of automation, flexibility and intelligence. Intelligent technology plays an important role in mould design and intelligent machining, and promotes mould manufacturing industry to develop towards intelligent manufacturing. In the process of mould design and manufacturing using intelligent technology, it is necessary to apply computer-aided design software(such as Pro/E, UG, etc) to carry out digital design,and then apply a series of advanced manufacturing technologies to process mould parts, will also be based on the related industrial products put forward a series of requirements for continuous improvement in order to improve product quality. Based on this, the technology of digital design and intelligent manufacturing of injection mold is studied.
