摘 要:我国是世界上最大的苹果生产国,所生产的苹果以国内销售为主。苹果分级技术落后,使我国苹果缺乏市场竞争力。长期以来,我国苹果分级普遍采用人工分级方式,效率和精度无法与机械化和自动化生产线相比。提高苹果分级技术,可以提高苹果附加价值,增强我国苹果的市场竞争力。文章设计了一款机械式苹果分级机,采用无孔带式分级结构,由工作带、送果槽和分果槽组成。围绕无孔带式分级结构,完成了机械式苹果分级机机械结构设计,主要包括参数计算和电机等其他零件的选择,并画出了三维模型图。此外,设计了机械式苹果分级机的控制系统,画出了电气原理图。设计的机械式苹果分级机具有成本低、操作安全等优点。China is the largest apple producing country in the world, and the apples produced are mainly sold domestically.The backward apple grading technology makes apples lack market competitiveness. For a long time, apple grading in China has generally adopted manual grading method, and its efficiency and accuracy cannot be compared with mechanized and automated production lines. Improving apple grading technology can improve the added value of apple and enhance the market competitiveness of apple. In this paper, a mechanical apple grader is designed, which adopts a non perforated belt classification structure, which is composed of a working belt, a fruit sending trough and a fruit dividing trough. The mechanical structure design of mechanical apple grader is completed around the non perforated belt classification structure, and the three-dimensional model diagram is drawn. Mainly completed the design of the grading mechanism of mechanical apple grader, including parameter calculation and the selection of other parts such as motor. Finally, the control system of mechanical apple grader is designed,and the electrical schematic diagram is drawn. The designed mechanical apple grader has the advantages of low cost and safe operation.
