四川县域文化旅游产业融合发展的路径与模式研究

摘　　要：文化旅游产业融合是四川县域经济高质量发展的重要抓手。通过阐释四川县域文化旅游产业融合发展的意义,分析目前四川县域文化和旅游产业融合发展的成效与困境,提出四川县域文化和旅游产业融合发展的七个路径:着眼统筹协调,健全县域文旅融合体制机制;做好科学分析,寻找县域文旅融合的切入口;根植文化基因,创新县域特色文旅产品供给;关注消费需求,构筑新型文旅营销推广模式;打造人才队伍,强化县域文旅融合智力支撑;聚焦一核五带,构建区域联动文旅发展格局;借力数字赋能,助推县域文旅产业创新发展。对于四川县域文化旅游产业融合发展给予了特色优势产业延展型、资源禀赋创新导向型、场景园区项目带动型、红绿古新联动发展型四种模式建议。The integration of cultural tourism industry is an important starting point for the high-quality development of Sichuan county economy.By explaining the significance of the integrated development of Sichuan county culture and tourism industry,this paper analyzes the achievements and difficulties of the integrated development of Sichuan county culture and tourism industry,and puts forward seven ways of the integrated development of Sichuan county culture and tourism industry:focusing on overall planning and coordination,perfecting the integration system and mechanism of county culture and tourism;doing a good job of scientific analysis to find the entrance of cultural and tourism integration in the county;rooting in cultural genes,innovating the supply of cultural tourism products with county characteristics;paying attention to consumer demand,building a new marketing and promotion mode of cultural tourism;building a talent team,strengthening the county cultural and tourism integration of intellectual support;focusing on one core and five belts,building a regional linkage culture and tourism development pattern;using digital power to boost the innovative development of the county cultural and tourism industry.For the integrated development of cultural tourism industry in Sichuan counties,four modes are suggested:extension of characteristic and advantageous industries,innovation-oriented of resource endowment,project-driven of scene parks,and linkage development of red,green,ancient and new tourism.
