摘　　要：文章阐述了北京高校实验室危险废物管理的现状,详细分析实验室危险废物暂存时间长和分类不明确的问题及原因,介绍了某高校在危险废物管理方面的探索和实践,如建立专业团队、规范实验室危险废物暂存以及减量化尝试等。危险废物管理需要政府、社会以及产废单位协同发力,从标准规范、社会服务、培训教育以及技术研发等方面补足短板,提升实验室危险废物管理,促使行业规范有序发展。This paper expounds the current situation of hazardous waste management in laboratories of universities in Beijing,analyzes in detail the problems and reasons of long duration and unclear classification of laboratory hazardous waste,and introduces the exploration and practice of hazardous waste management in a university,such as the establishment of professional teams,the standardization of laboratory hazardous waste storage and the reduction attempt.Hazardous waste management requires government,society and waste production units to work together to make up for the shortcomings in terms of standards,social services,training and education,and technological research and development,so as to improve laboratory hazardous waste management and promote the orderly development of the industry.
