摘 要:本文采用气相色谱-火焰光度检测器(Gas Chromatography Flame Photometric Detector,GC-FPD)测定4种果蔬试样(草莓、西红柿、西葫芦和圆白菜)中5种有机磷农药(敌敌畏、甲拌磷、毒死蜱、马拉硫磷和水胺硫磷)在0.06 mg·L^(-1)、0.12 mg·L^(-1)、0.24 mg·L^(-1)3种浓度下的基质效应。测定结果表明4种果蔬基质中,5种有机磷农药都存在不同程度的基质效应,其基质效应为1.01~2.98。基质效应的强弱与果蔬样品含水量、有机磷农药的化学结构、极性都有一定的关联,但与添加农药的残留量没有明显的关联性。The matrix effect of five organophosphorus pesticides(dichlorvos,phorate,chlorpyrifos,malathion and fenitrothion)in four kinds of fruit and vegetable samples(strawberry,tomato,zucchini and cabbage)at concentrations of 0.06 mg·L^(-1),0.12 mg·L^(-1) and 0.24 mg·L^(-1) was determined by gas chromatography flame photometric detector(GC-FPD).The results showed that five organophosphorus pesticides had different matrix effects in four fruit and vegetable substrates,and their matrix effects were 1.01~2.98.The strength of matrix effect is related to the water content of fruit and vegetable samples,the chemical structure and polarity of organophosphorus pesticides,but not to the residual amount of pesticides added.
