摘 要:消极空间的活化利用是老旧小区改造的重要内容。高校型老旧小区在经历住房改革后,原产权单位的退出造成小区管理主体的缺位,物业受经济利益的影响不愿入驻,在时间的积累下小区内产生了许多消极空间。本文以四川大学望江校区内的竹林村老旧小区为研究对象,通过实地调研,分析高校型老旧小区消极空间产生的原因和特点,提出消极空间的改造策略,补充我国老旧小区更新改造的方法。The activation and utilization of negative space is an important part of the transformation of old communities.After housing reform,the withdrawal of the original property rights unit caused by lack of the main body of community management,and the property was reluctant to settle in due to the influence of economic interests,and many nega-tive spaces were generated in the community under the accumulation of time.In this paper,taking the old residential area of Zhulin Village in the Wangjiang Campus of Sichuan University as the research object,through field research,the causes and characteristics of the negative space of the old residential area of the university are analyzed,and the transformation strategies of the negative space are pro-posed,which supplements the methods of renewal and Atransformation of the old community in China.
