摘  要:简单介绍了激光清洗,根据待清洗污物本身的特点,对不同材质污物,例如微颗粒、油漆、锈蚀、模具表面污垢以及其他污物的激光清洗机理进行了概述。微颗粒的清洗方法包括干式激光清洗、湿式激光清洗、激光等离子体清洗三种,清洗机理为不同清洗方法产生的清洗力大于微颗粒污物与基体黏附力。油漆的清洗机理主要为振动效应和烧蚀效应。锈蚀氧化层的清洗机理会随锈蚀厚度的减少而发生变化,主要清洗机制为剥离、声波冲击、烧蚀、相爆炸。模具表面污垢清洗机理为高温受热发生瞬间的蒸发气化与干涉声波产生的力学共振。画作、建筑、雕塑、硅油、纸张等其他材质污物的清洗机理复杂多样。The laser cleaning is introduced briefly.According to the characteristics of the dirt to be cleaned,the laser cleaning mechanism of different materials,such as micro particles,paint,rust,mold surface dirt and other dirt,is summarized.The cleaning methods of micro particles include dry laser cleaning,wet laser cleaning and laser plasma cleaning.The cleaning mechanism is that the cleaning force produced by different cleaning methods is greater than the adhesion force between micro particles and substrate.The cleaning mechanism of paint is mainly vibration effect and ablation effect.The cleaning mechanism of the corroded oxide layer will change with the decrease of the corrosion thickness.And the main cleaning mechanisms are stripping,acoustic shock,ablation and phase explosion.The cleaning mechanism of mold surface fouling is the mechanical resonance of instantaneous vaporization and interference sound wave generated by high temperature heating.The cleaning mechanism of other materials such as painting,architecture,sculpture,silicone oil,paper and other materials is complex and diverse.
