摘 要:辅修学士学位的制度设计,意在支持学有余力的本科生辅修其他本科专业,为社会培养和输送复合型人才。辅修学士学位教育承载着学生对兴趣补偿、能力符应、学业衔接、信号传递的期待。但在既往实践中,辅修学士学位教育在选拔机制、教学管理和质量标准方面还存在规制偏差。今后辅修学士学位教育改革应建立修读指导与退出机制,完善教学管理与评价机制,强化政策供给与制度建设。主修与辅修学位的关系问题涉及辅修学士学位制度的完善与创新,值得进一步探讨。The system design of minor bachelor’s degree is intended to support the undergraduate students who have the ability to minor in another major,and to cultivate compound talents for the society.Minor bachelor’s degree education carries students’expectations for interest compensation,ability correspondence,academic cohesion and signal transmission.According to the previous practice,there are still regulatory deviations in the selection mechanism,teaching management and quality standards of minor bachelor’s degree education.To reform it,we should establish the study guidance and exit mechanism,improve the teaching management and evaluation mechanism,as well as strengthen policy supply and system construction.The relationship between major and minor degree is involved with the innovation of the minor bachelor’s degree system,which is especially worthy of further discussion.
