面向高质量发展的老城绿地空间系统供需评价--以广州为例

摘　　要：以城市更新战略为抓手的老城空间供需关系调整,是推动城市在新时代高质量发展的主线。其中老城绿地空间系统作为缓解城市空间公平问题、提升绿地系统的社会服务功能、改善居民健康福祉的重要载体,需将使用者的需求偏好同设施供给、环境营建有机结合以提升其空间质量。基于传统需求理论的多学科交叉分析,评价使用主成分相关系数分析(PCA-PCC)模型,选取三级需求评价指标下的耦合要素;结合ISM模型确定广州老城综合、专类、社区绿地空间的特征,与主观需求问卷的分析结果互为信度和效度检验。评价初步发现广州老城三类绿地空间呈现一定程度的人地规模分异、分时段多样化需求的弹性不足、文化创新特色不够彰显的问题。最后提出按需求分类施策,增强老城绿地空间系统安全可达、便捷舒适、文化创新的优化策略,重塑高质量发展的老城空间。Supply-side reform of the old city space based on the urban renewal strategy,is the main line to promote high-quality development of cities in the new era.As an important carrier to alleviate the problem of urban space equality,to enhance the social service function of green space system,and to improve the residents'health and sense of well-being,the old city's green space system need to be built evaluation system,combined user's demand preference with facility supply and environment construction.Based on the multi-disciplinary analysis of traditional demand theory,the principal component correlation coefficient analysis(PCA-PCC)model was used to evaluate,and 21 elements of 6 categories were selected under the three-level demand evaluation index.The ISM model was used to determine the characteristics of comprehensive green space,specialized green space and community green space in the old city of Guangzhou,and the results of the subjective demand questionnaire were tested for reliability and validity.The evaluation preliminarily found that three types of green space in the old city of Guangzhou showed some problems,such as the scale differentiation of people and land,the lack of elasticity of the diversified demand in different periods,and the lack of characteristics of cultural innovation.We put forward the optimization strategy to enhance the security,accessibility,convenience and comfort of the green space system in the old city,and to reshape the old city space with high-quality development.
