党组织参与金融机构公司治理的理论逻辑、实践困境和对策建议

摘　　要：面对金融机构频繁出现的负外部性问题,传统公司治理理论解释力渐弱,党组织参与公司治理不失为可选之策。基于对A股上市金融机构党建工作的实地调研和实证评估,其结果显示:党组织参与金融机构治理难点在于金融机构经营目标需要重新塑造,党组织参与治理的具体方式需要探索,党组织与其他治理机构关系需要协调。未来需要强化党组织在金融机构公司治理中的作用,完善党组织参与金融机构公司治理的途径和提升金融机构党委委员综合能力素质。Facing of the frequent negative externalities of financial institutions,the explanatory power of traditional corporate governance theories has become weaker,and the participation of party organizations in corporate governance can be an alternative.Based on the field research and empirical evaluation of the party building work of A-share listed financial institutions,the results show that the difficulties of the party organization's participation in the governance of financial institutions lie in the need to reshape the business objectives of financial institutions,explore the specific ways of the party organization's participation in governance,and coordinate the relationship between the party organization and other governance institutions.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen the role of the party organization in the corporate governance of financial institutions,improve the way for the party organization to participate in the corporate governance of financial institutions,and improve the comprehensive ability and quality of the party committee members of financial institutions.
