摘　　要：纺织服装业作为RCEP生效后中国收益最大的产业之一,如何优化中国与RCEP伙伴国纺织服装贸易结构是该产业发展的重中之重。基于2010—2020年RCEP成员国纺织服装贸易数据,从总体和多领域两个维度探讨中国与RCEP伙伴国纺织服装贸易竞争性和互补性。结果表明:中国与东盟国家的纺织服装竞争性较强,新冠肺炎疫情下中国在该产业的大部分领域依然具有明显的竞争优势,RCEP成员国间纺织服装贸易竞争格局并未发生根本性变化;中国与RCEP伙伴国纺织服装各领域的出口互补性大于进口互补性,互补性较高的出口领域主要在蚕丝、化纤长纤、化纤短纤、无纺织物、特种机织物、工业用纺织品、针织布和纺织制成品等;当前,中国与RCEP伙伴国纺织服装贸易关系紧密,RCEP伙伴国对中国依赖性更强。Textile and apparel industry is one of the most profitable industries in China after RCEP takes effect.To optimize the textile and apparel trade structure between China and RCEP partner countries is the top priority of the development of this industry.Based on the textile and apparel trade data of RCEP member countries from 2010 to 2020,this paper discusses the competitiveness and complementarity of China's textile and apparel trade with RCEP partner countries from the overall and multi-field dimensions.The research results show that:China and ASEAN countries are highly competitive in textiles and apparel.China still has obvious competitive advantages in most fields of the industry against the epidemic.The competition pattern of textile and apparel trade among RCEP member countries has not fundamentally changed;the export complementarity of the textile and garment trade is greater than the import complementarity,and the export fields with high complementarity are mainly silk,chemical fiber filament fiber,chemical fiber staple fiber,non-woven fabrics,special woven fabrics,industrial textiles,knitted fabrics and textile products.etc;China has close textile and apparel trade relations with RCEP partner countries,and RCEP partner countries are more dependent on China.
