摘　　要：新农人作为现代农业的领军群体正在发挥越来越强大的作用;农民专业合作社作为现代农业的运作平台在我国越来越普及。农民专业合作社进步需要产业融合,农民专业合作社发展需要人才。新农人要凭借自身知识和技术优势,凭借对市场和各种主体的沟通协调优势,发挥出积极的促进作用。文章从农民专业合作社融合发展的人才需求角度,对新农人实践发展的营造社会认同、提供政策和资金保证、加大技术投入和培训指导、加强产业融合等方面进行探索,以期为新农人的实践发展提供一些有益思路。As the leading group of modern agriculture,new farmers are playing an increasingly powerful role;As the operation platform of modern agriculture,farmers'professional cooperatives are becoming more and more popular in China.The progress of farmers'professional cooperatives needs industrial integration,and the development of farmers'professional cooperatives needs talents.New farmers should rely on their own knowledge and technical advantages,and on the advantages of communication and coordination between the market and various subjects to play a positive role in promoting.From the perspective of talent demand for the integrated development of farmers'professional cooperatives,this paper explores the practical development of new farmers in terms of creating social identity,providing policy and capital guarantees,increasing technical input and training guidance,and strengthening industrial integration,so as to provide some useful ideas for the practical development of new farmers.
