制度与资本视角整合下科技型海归创业企业成长机理研究

摘　　要：基于制度环境、人力资本和社会资本视角,构建科技型海归创业企业与制度环境互动的成长机理整合模型,并选取福建留创园的10位科技型海归创业者展开多案例分析。研究提取了中国特色创业情境下科技型海归在创业动机、新企业创立和创业企业成长三个重要阶段的关键要素,得出了科技型海归创业者自身、科技型海归创业企业和科技型海归创业制度环境三个层面的实践启示,为科技型海归创业实践提供了重要借鉴。Under the perspective of institutional environment,human capital and social capital,this paper tries to construct an integrated growth-mechanism model of interaction between startups founded by overseas returnee and institutional environment,and select 10 entrepreneurs in Returnees Venture Park in Fujian for a multi-case analysis.The research shows that three key factors,namely,overseas studying experience,personal change and reasons for returning all exert a greater impact on the entrepreneurial motivation of technology-oriented returnees;The interaction between human capital,dual social networks and the admission to a high-tech zone and opportunities all exert a significant impact on the establishment of startups;The growth of entrepreneurial enterprises is closely correlated with business prospects,expectations and internationalization orientation;Besides,formal and informal institutions such as policies and regulations,support mechanisms and entrepreneurial acceptance have a greater impact on the startups founded by technology-oriented overseas returnee.As a result,practical insights can be drawn in terms of returnee entrepreneurs themselves,enterprises and institutional environment.
