摘  要:数控技术在现代化的机械加工领域发挥着重要作用,为提高劳动生产效率、提高零件的制造品质提供了有效助力。现阶段的数控加工过程中可能因为多种因素的影响而出现零部件加工的缺陷问题,而加工制造过程中的编程、传动控制、机床结构等误差成为导致加工缺陷的主要因素之一。从数控机床的技术特征出发,说明了加工缺陷的典型表现,分析了导致加工缺陷的主要因素,并总结了数控车床的误差补偿关键技术与原理。Numerical control technology plays an important role in the field of modern machining,and provides an effective help to improve labor production efficiency and improve the manufacturing quality of parts.At this stage,the defects of parts processing may appear due to the influence of many factors in the NC machining process,and the errors of programming,transmission control and machine tool structure in the machining and manufacturing process have become one of the main factors leading to machining defects.Starting from the technical characteristics of NC lathe,this paper explains the typical performance of machining defects,analyzes the main factors leading to machining defects,and summarizes the key technology and principle of error compensation of NC lathe.
