摘  要:详细介绍了建筑能耗敏感性分析的方法,对取样、生成输入文件、运行模拟软件、提取结果和敏感性分析都进行了介绍。然后选取DSF相关的影响因素,以及建筑内扰放热影响因素,利用联合仿真方式对双层玻璃幕墙建筑年能耗进行敏感性分析,做出量化的排序,结果表明遮阳装置的透射率对年冷热负荷的影响最大,外侧幕墙吸收率对年热负荷的影响最小,本研究为进一步挑选影响程度较大的因素进行全局优化提供了基础。This paper introduces the method of sensitivity analysis of building energy consumption in detail,including sampling,generating input files,running simulation software,extracting results,and sensitivity analysis.Then select the influencing factors related to DSF and the influencing factors of internal disturbance and heat release of the building,use the co-simulation method to analyze the sensitivity of the annual energy consumption of double-skin façade buildings,and make a quantitative ranking.The results show that the transmittance of the shading device has the greatest impact on the annual cooling and heating load,and the absorption rate of the outer curtain wall has the least impact on the annual heating load,Influencing factors with more significant impact need to be further analyzed for global optimization.
