摘　　要：为了解不同蜡梅品种挥发性成分的异同,研究采用裂解-气相色谱-质谱(PY-GC-MS)技术对‘黄龙潭’‘睫毛’‘淡冰玉’‘长被素心’和‘金丝黄蕾’5个气味差异明显的蜡梅品种进行挥发性成分的鉴定、比较和分析。结果表明:在5个蜡梅品种中共鉴定出77种挥发性成分,其中,醇类和酮类种类最多,醇类和酸类含量最高;糠醇、苯甲醇、2⁃甲氧基⁃4⁃乙烯基苯酚、乙酸和十六酸为蜡梅的基本香气特征成分;不同品种的挥发性成分种类及含量差异显著,在不同应用领域中各有优劣。根据分析结果,筛选出极具开发潜力的蜡梅品种为‘黄龙潭’和‘长被素心’。To understand Chimonanthus praecox varieties’ similarities and differences in volatile components, the study adopts the pyrolysis gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(PY-GC-MS) to identify, compare and analyze the volatile components in 5 C. praecox varieties(C. praecox ‘Huanglongtan’, C. praecox ‘Jiemao’, C. praecox ‘Danbingyu’, C. praecox ‘Changbei Suxin’ and C. praecox ‘Jinsi Huanglei’), which are obviously different in odor. The results show that 77 volatile components are identified, among which alcohols and ketones are the types of the most, while alcohols and acids are the highest in content, and furfural alcohol, benzyl alcohol, 2-methoxy-4-vinyl phenol, acetic acid and hexadecanoic acid are the basic aroma components of C. praecox. There are significant differences in types and contents of volatile components in different varieties, resulting in different application fields. Accordingly, two varieties with great development potential, i.e., ‘Huanglongtan’ and ‘Changbei Suxin’, are screened out based on the analysis.
