摘 要:采取超临界萃取、醇沉、结晶、逆流等工序,应用工业大麻花叶原料提取大麻二酚(CBD)全谱油,在测定工业大麻花叶原料含量残留的基础上,对其生产过程中重金属含量动态变化进行监测,明确重金属元素在生产过程中的迁移行为。结果表明,工业大麻花叶原料中重金属铅、镉、汞、砷、铜元素的含量分别为1.6300,0.0840,0.0326,1.0000,18.8000 mg/kg。经超临界萃取后,所得浸膏铅、镉、汞、铜含量显著降低,分别下降到0.2340,0.0080,0.0020,0.7290 mg/kg。而砷与其他4种重金属的迁移量和迁移行为存在明显差异,其所得浸膏含量显著上升,从1.00 mg/kg上升到1.86 mg/kg,但在后续工艺中经迁移消减,处于可控平衡。The full spectrum cannabidiol oil(CBD)was obtained using the flowers and leaves of industrial hemp after the processes of supercritical-fluid extraction,alcohol precipitation,crystallization,and countercurrent.Based on the determination of heavy metals(including lead,cadmium,mercury,arsenic and copper)residue in the samples,the dynamic change of the heavy metals was monitored to ascertain their migration behavior in the production process.The results showed that the contents of lead,cadmium,mercury,arsenic,and copper in the raw materials of the flowers and leaves of industrial hemp were 1.6300,0.0840,0.0326,1.0000,18.8000 mg/kg.After supercritical extraction,the content of lead,cadmium,mercury,and copper in the obtained extractum was significantly reduced to 0.2340,0.0080,0.0020,0.7290 mg/kg.However,the migration amount and migration behavior of arsenic were significantly differentfrom the other four heavy metals.The content of arsenic in the extractum had increased significantly,from 1.00 mg/kg to 1.86 mg/kg,but it was controlled by migration reduction in the subsequent process.
