摘 要:人造板产品释放游离甲醛会危害人身健康,国家标准规定了人造板产品甲醛释放量限值和检测方法。依据GB/T 17657—2013测定人造板中甲醛释放量气候箱法和干燥器法,进行空白样品测试,按GB/T 27417—2017和HJ 168—2020中规定的空白标准偏差法评定干燥器法和气候箱法测定甲醛释放量的方法检出限。结果表明:干燥器法LOD为0.08 mg/L、MDL为0.02 mg/L,气候箱法LOD为0.007 mg/m~3、MDL为0.001 mg/m~3,2种方法均能很好地评定人造板甲醛释放量方法检出限。The formaldehyde emission from wood-based panel products will harm human health.The national standard provides the limit of formaldehyde emission from wood-based panel products and detection methods.Based on GB/T 17657-2013,the desiccator method and climate chamber method was used to determine formaldehyde emission in wood-based panel,the method detection limits for the determination of formaldehyde emission by the desiccator method andclimate chamber method were evaluated according to the blank standard deviation method in GB/T27417-2017 and HJ 168-2020.The results showed that:desiccator method was 0.08 mg/L,MDL was 0.02 mg/L,climate chamber method was 0.007 mg/m~3,MDL was 0.002 mg/m~3.Both methods can be used to evaluate the detection limit of formaldehyde emission from wood-based panel.
