基于现代模具产业发展的中国特色学徒制构建研究——以宁波职业技术学院为例

摘  要:模具产业向数字化、智能化转型升级,急需大批高素质复合型技术技能人才。复合型人才需要长学制培养,高职院校培养存在学制不足的问题。以宁波职业技术学院为例探索模具专业中国特色学徒制的构建,将现代学徒制和企业新型学徒制结合,进行学校3年“职前教育”和企业3年“职后培训”一体化设计,延长培养周期,解决了高职复合型技术技能人才培养学制不足的问题。在学徒制实施中,模具专业将国际国内标准有机融合,开发中国特色学徒制标准;引进企业师资、技术和工艺等教学资源,打造“双导师制”教学创新团队;融入“三新”,改革教学内容,采用“产训学”一体化教学方法,为复合型技术技能人才培养提供了参考。The mold industry is in urgent need of a large number of high-quality compound technical talent to transform and upgrade to digital and intelligent. The training of compound talents needs long schooling, and there is a problem of insufficient schooling in higher vocational colleges. Take Ningbo Polytechnic as an example to explore the construction of the apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics for the mold specialty, combine the modern apprenticeship system with the enterprise’s new apprenticeship system, integrate the 3-year "pre-service education" of the school and the 3-year "post-service training" of the enterprise, extend the training cycle, this research solve the problem of the insufficient training system for the compound technical talents in higher vocational education. In the implementation of the apprenticeship system, the mold specialty organically integrates international and domestic standards to develop the apprenticeship standard with Chinese characteristics;Introduce enterprise teachers, technology, process and other teaching resources to build a "double tutorial system" teaching innovation team;Integrating "new process, new material and new technology", reforming the teaching content, and adopting the integrated teaching method of "production, training and learning" to provide a reference for the training of compound technical talents.
