名中医王兴臣从脾胃论治帕金森病经验

摘　　要：帕金森病属于中医颤证范畴,历代医家多从平抑肝风论治。吾师王兴臣独辟蹊径,认为该病是以脾胃气化失常为中心,以五行乘侮关系为纽带的疾病,指出脾胃虚损是颤证关键病机,将从脾胃论治贯穿颤证的整个治疗过程中。现从脾胃的生理功能、五运六气角度以及脾与五脏的关系出发,论证脾虚致颤的病理机制以及从健运脾胃治疗颤证的必要性,治疗上应以实脾胃之元气作为主要手段,守天时、旺脾土,治法当健脾化湿、补中益气。并以参术汤为引,复中焦升降之枢纽,斡旋气机治颤,总结导师从脾胃论治颤证的临证审察之经验,从而促进中医理论契合运用于临床实践,以期为颤证的治疗提供参详。Parkinson’s disease belongs to the category of tremor syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine,doctors of all ages often treat the disease from the perspective of calming down the liver wind.Professor WANG Xingchen,found a unique way,it is considered that the disease is a disease with the dysphoria of spleen and stomach as the center and the relationship between the five elements as the link,and points out the deficiency of the spleen and stomach is the key pathogenesis in the tremor syndrome,attention will be paid to the treatment of tremor syndrome from the spleen and stomach throughout the whole treatment process.From the point of view of the physiological function of the spleen and stomach,the five movements and six qi,and the relationship between the spleen and the five internal organs,this paper demonstrates the pathological mechanism of the tremor caused by spleen deficiency and the necessity of strengthening the spleen and stomach to treat the tremor syndrome.In the treatment,we should take the vital energy of the spleen and stomach as the main means,keep the time,invigorate the spleen soil,invigorate the spleen and remove dampness,tonify the middle and tonify qi.And with Shenzhu decoction as an introduction,restore the lifting hub of the middle-jiao engine to treat the tremor syndrome.And summarize the tutor’s experience in clinical examination of tremor syndrome from the spleen and stomach,so as to promote the application of traditional Chinese medicine theory in clinical practice,in order to provide reference for the treatment of fibrillation syndrome.
