摘　　要：以心肺系统疾病的物理治疗模块化课程改革为切入点,探索物理治疗学课程教学新模式。对海南医学院2020届康复治疗学毕业班学生进行“物理治疗开展模块化教学改革问卷调查”,发现目前心肺系统疾病物理治疗课程存在脱节现象,寻求运用7个模块化教学新模式完善心肺系统疾病物理治疗课程体系,解决脱节现象。明确世界物理治疗联盟指南最低教育标准和临床实践准入标准,构建专业化的心肺系统疾病教材、制定相应教学评估方案,进行顺应职业化发展需要的课程改革探索。为下一步分开化教学师资的培养及经验的积累、与国际化教学接轨打下基础。To take the modular curriculum reform of physical therapy for cardiopulmonary system diseases as the starting point,explore a new teaching model of physical therapy courses.The“questionnaire survey on modularized teaching reform in physical therapy development”was conducted on the 2020 graduating class of rehabilitation therapy of Hainan Medical University.It was found that the current cardiopulmonary system disease physiotherapy curriculum is out of line.It seeks to use 7 new modular teaching models to improve cardiopulmonary system disease physics.The treatment curriculum system solves the disconnection phenomenon.Clarify the minimum education standards and clinical practice access standards of the World Physiotherapy Alliance guidelines,construct specialized teaching materials for cardiopulmonary system diseases,formulate corresponding teaching evaluation plans,and explore curriculum reforms that meet the needs of professional development.It lays the foundation for the training and experience accumulation of separate teaching teachers in the next step,and the integration of international teaching.
