摘 要:目的探索微课结合3D打印技术教学法在儿外科专业型研究生教学中的教学效果。方法选取2020年9—12月重庆医科大学儿外科专业型研究生50名,随机分为微课结合3D打印技术教学组(A组)和传统组(B组),每组25名。A组采用微课结合3D打印技术教学法进行教学,B组采用传统教学方法。通过考核研究学生小儿外科理论知识、临床实践技能及问卷满意度调查,对两种教学法的教学效果进行比较。结果A组理论知识考核成绩高于B组理论知识考核成绩,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组临床技能考核成绩高于B组临床技考核成绩,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组总成绩高于B组总成绩,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组100%的研究生通过微课结合3D打印技术教学法提高了学习兴趣,并认为该方法有利于提高学习效果。结论微课结合3D打印技术教学法有利于提高研究生的学习成绩,增强学习兴趣。Objective To investigate the application of micro-course combined with 3D printing technology in clinical teaching of professional degree postgraduate in pediatric surgery.Methods From September to December 2020,50 postgraduates majoring in paediatric surgery from Chongqing Medical University were selected and randomly divided into micro courses combined with 3D printing technology teaching group(group A)and traditional group(group B),with 25 in each group.Group A adopts the teaching method of micro class combined with 3D printing technology,while group B adopts the traditional teaching method.The teaching effects of the two teaching methods were compared by examining and studying students'theoretical knowledge,clinical practice skills and questionnaire satisfaction.Results The theoretical knowledge assessment score of group A was higher than that of group B,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The clinical skill examination score of group A was higher than that of group B,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total score of group A was higher than that of group B(P<0.05).100%of the postgraduates in group A have improved their learning interest through the teaching method of combining micro courses with 3D printing technology,and believe that this method is conducive to improving the learning effect.Conclusion The teaching method of micro-class combined with 3D printing technology is beneficial to improve graduate students'academic performance and enhance their learning interest.
