摘 要:目的探究基于雨课堂的BOPPPS模型在麻醉学本科生疼痛诊疗学教学中的应用价值。方法2020年9—12月,将哈尔滨医科大学2016级51名麻醉学本科生随机分为对照组(n=25):采用传统教学法;研究组(n=26):采用基于雨课堂的BOPPPS模型教学。比较教学结束后两组学生的考试成绩和对模型及教师授课水平的满意度。结果研究组同学的试卷成绩平均(85.9±5.6)分高于对照组平均分(79.3±8.0)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组同学对教学模型及教师授课水平的满意度均高于对照同学,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于雨课堂的BOPPPS模型有利于提高麻醉学本科生对疼痛诊疗学的学习兴趣,并提高其参与度和学习效果。有效的推进了以教师为主导、学生为主体的课堂教学改革,是值得推广的疼痛诊疗学教学模式。Objective To explore the application of BOPPPS model based on rain class in the teaching of pain diagnosis and treatment of Anesthesiology undergraduates.Methods From September to December 2020,51 anesthesiology undergraduates of Harbin Medical University in 2016 were randomly divided into control group(n=25):using traditional teaching method;study group(n=26):using BOPPPS teaching model based on rain class.The test scores and satisfaction with the model and the teaching level of the two groups were compared after the teaching.Results The average score of the students in the study group(85.9±5.6)points was higher than that of the control group(79.3±8.0)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The students in the research group were more satisfied with the teaching model and the teaching level of teachers than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The BOPPPS model based on rain class can improve the learning interest of Anesthesiology undergraduates in pain diagnosis and treatment,and improve their participation and learning effect.It effectively promotes the classroom teaching reform with teachers as the leading role and students as the main body,which is worthy of promotion.
