摘  要:儿童的健康发展关乎国家的未来。面对目前儿童就诊需求大、就诊困难的问题,发展全科医学、加强全科医生在儿科领域的作用非常重要。在国家的大力鼓励和支持下,近年来我国全科医师规范化培训取得了一些成果,但仍存在一些问题,比如全科医师儿童疾病的诊疗能力弱、专业的全科医师缺乏等。文章通过分析浙江省杭州市第一人民医院住院医师规范化培训中全科医师在儿科培训中出现的问题,提出了重视入科教育,提高学员学习积极性;建立专业的全科特色师资队伍;以胜任力为导向的教学内容安排;多样化的考核形式;建立终身学习和交流的网上平台一系列措施,为培养能胜任基层儿童医疗服务、做好居民“健康守门人”的全科医师提供一些思路。The healthy development of children is related to the future of the country.Faced with the current problems of large and difficult medical care for children,it is very important to develop general medicine and strengthen the role of general practitioners in the field of pediatrics.With the strong encouragement and support of the country,in recent years,Chinese standardized training of general practitioners has achieved some results,but there are still some problems,such as the weak diagnosis and treatment capabilities of general practitioners for children's diseases,and the lack of professional general practitioner teachers.This article analyzes the problems of general practitioners in pediatric training in the standardized training of residents in our hospital,and puts forward the emphasis on admissions education to improve students'learning enthusiasm;establish a professional faculty of general practitioners;competence-oriented teaching content Arrangements;diversified assessment methods;a series of measures to establish an online platform for lifelong learning and communication,to provide some ideas for cultivating general practitioners who are competent in basic-level medical services for children and are good residents'"health gatekeepers".
