摘　　要：介绍了一次ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚体)材质汽车外饰件因应力没有释放就进行涂装作业而导致漆面出现印痕问题的解决过程,探讨了问题产生的根源,并对后续毛坯应力消减等措施的完善进行了探索。The solution to the imprint defect of coating on automotive ABS(acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer)exterior trim caused by the insufficient relief of stress prior to the painting process was introduced.The root causes of this problem were discussed,and some measures to eliminate it were studied,such as the improvement of stress relief method.
