摘  要:MT系列卡车是用于运输岩石、煤炭的主要设备。坑下道路颠簸导致卡车各缸长期疲劳运行,缩短了卡车油缸更换周期,影响了设备出动率和企业的生产安全。为了解决存在的问题,需要定期更换卡车油缸。当前常用机械辅助设备如叉车、千斤顶等更换油缸,但油缸最大质量达2.225 t,且所处空间狭小,导致换油缸效率低、难度大、安全性较差。为了解决油缸装配工作中存在的隐患,依据油缸运行状态设计并制作了油缸装配机器人。工作过程中,作业人员与机器人配合完成卡车油缸装配。利用此装配方法可降低作业人员的劳动强度,提高维修效率,从根本上解决作业过程中存在的重物坠落隐患。MT series trucks are the main equipment for transporting rocks and coal. The bumpy road under the pit leads to the long-term fatigue operation of trucks’ cylinders, which shortens the replacement cycle year by year, seriously affecting the equipment dispatch rate and safety production. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly replace the cylinders on trucks. At present,people use some commonly used mechanical auxiliary equipment, such as forklifts, jacks, etc., to replace the oil cylinder. Because the oil cylinder itself weighs a lot, the heaviest oil cylinder weighs 2.225 t, and its space is relatively narrow, so the current oil cylinder replacement method is inefficient, difficult, and poor in safety. According to the running state of the oil cylinder, the hidden trouble in the oil cylinder assembly work is solved, and the oil cylinder assembly robot is designed and made. During the working process, operators and robots cooperate to complete the truck oil cylinder assembly. By using this assembly method, the labor intensity of operators is reduced, the maintenance efficiency is doubled, and the hidden danger of heavy objects falling in the operation process is fundamentally solved.
