摘  要:乡村振兴战略的实施客观上要求高等教育向农村延伸,为乡村振兴提供必要的智力支持。基于高等教育普及化和乡村振兴的视角,追寻农村高等教育发展的理论逻辑,认为发展农村高等教育是文化逻辑、社会逻辑、教育逻辑和公平逻辑使然,是普及高等教育、推进学习型社会进程、助力乡村振兴、支撑城镇化建设的使命所在。在此基础上,从四个方面提出推进农村高等教育发展的实践方略,即:政府科学规划布局,创建农村高等教育体系;高校办在农村,创新农村高等教育模式;社会积极参与办学,创造条件促进农村高等教育发展;倡导学习型社会,促进民众逐步树立终身教育理念。The implementation of the national rural revitalization strategy literally requires higher education is extended to rural areas and provide necessary intellectual support for rural revitalization.From the perspective of popularization and rural revitalization of higher educationand in pursuit of the theoretical logic of the development of rural higher education,this paper argues that developing universal higher education in rural areas follows logic of culture,society,education and fairness.It will help accelerate the process of popularization,build a learning society,boost rural revitalization and support urbanization development.Accordingly,this paper puts forward the practical strategies of promoting the development of rural higher education from four aspects,namely:the government scientific planning in establishing the rural higher education system;the colleges and universities’expansion of rural education and innovation of rural higher education models;the society’s active participation in running schools to create conditions for rural higher education;the public integration into the learning society and acceptance of lifelong education.
