不同年龄青少年长期配戴角膜塑形镜对眼球参数及泪液的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同年龄段青少年长期配戴角塑镜的影响。方法:100例青少年分成8~11岁组、12~14岁组、15~17岁组,均配戴角膜塑形镜12个月,观察泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌量、眼球参数相关指标情况。结果:配戴后各月各组泪膜破裂时间(Break-Up Time,BUT)缩短,8~11岁组BUT低于12~14岁组、15~17岁组(P<0.05);配戴前后各组泪液分泌量、角膜内皮细胞密度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);配戴12个月眼轴长度较配戴前增加,8~11岁组低于12~14岁组,15~17岁组低于12~14岁组(P<0.05);配戴12个月各组屈光度较配戴前降低(P<0.05)。结论:角塑影响BUT但不影响泪液分泌及内皮细胞密度。Objective:To investigate the influence of long-term wearing Angle plastic lens on teenagers of different ages.Methods:100 adolescents were divided into 8-11 years old group,12-14 years old group and 15-17 years old group.All the patients wore orthokeratology lens for 12 months.The tear film rupture time(BUT),tear secretion and eyeball parameters were observed.Results:After wearing,break-up time(BUT)was shortened in each group,BUT was lower in 8-11 years old group than in 12-14 years old group and 15-17 years old group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in tear secretion and corneal endothelial cell density between groups before and after wearing(P>0.05).After 12 months of wearing,the axial length of eye was increased,and that of 8-11 years old group was lower than that of 12-14 years old group,and that of 15-17 years old group was lower than that of 12-14 years old group(P<0.05).After wearing for 12 months,diopter in each group was lower than that before wearing(P<0.05).Conclusion:Keratoplastic affects BUT does not affect tear secretion and endothelial cell density.
