根管显微镜技术联合超声技术在牙体牙髓治疗中的临床应用效果

摘　　要：目的:研究根管显微镜技术联合超声技术在治疗牙体牙髓病中的使用价值。方法:选取于2019年9月~2020年9月本院诊治的74例牙体牙髓患者作为试验对象,将患者以随机掷骰子法分组,每组37例,给予对照组常规根管治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上应用根管显微镜联合超声技术,对比两种方式对患者的影响,统计并发症和复发率。结果:观察组患者治疗有效率为94.59%,对照组为78.38%,观察组患者治疗时间(73.2±14.3)min、麻醉时间(22.1±4.8)min、疼痛评分(2.4±1.2)分较对照组来说,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并发症数据观察组为2.70%(1例),和对照组的16.22%(6例)相比较,观察组更低,P<0.05。观察组治疗后并未出现复发情况,对照组有10.81%(4例)的复发率,观察组更低,P<0.05。结论:根管显微镜和超声在使用中提升牙体牙髓病的治疗效果,减轻患者的疼痛感受。Objective:To study the application value of root canal microscopy combined with ultrasound in the treatment of dental pulp disease.Methods:Selection methods in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 during the diagnosis and treatment of 74 patients with tooth pulp as test object,the patients with random dice method group,each group of 37 cases,give control group routine root canal treatment,observation group in the control group based on the application of combined ultrasonic root canal microscope technology,compared to two kinds of way effects on patients.Results:The effective rate was 94.59%in the observation group and 78.38%in the control group.Compared with the control group,the treatment time(73.2±14.3)min,anesthesia time(22.1±4.8)min and pain score(2.4±1.2)points in the observation group were significantly different(P<0.05).The complication data in the observation group was 2.70%(1 case),compared with 16.22%(6 cases)in the control group,the observation group was low,P<0.05.The observation group did not relapse after treatment,while the control group had a recurrence rate of 10.81%(4 cases),which was low in the observation group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Endodontic microscopy and ultrasound can improve the therapeutic effect of endodontic disease and relieve the pain of patients.
