摘 要:数字经济时代,物流平台企业的出现为解决物流业效率低下、车辆空载率高、成本高昂等问题提供了新思路,其作为价值创造新的组织形式,在物流领域发展迅速,成为当前物流业转型升级的重要方向。然而,物流平台企业在发展过程中并未达到预期效果,价值创造活动面临的诸多问题尚未得到解决。文中以传化物流集团有限公司为案例研究对象,根据传化物流不同发展阶段的战略目标,探究其价值创造机理的演化过程。研究发现,传化物流服务平台建设共经历了开拓、复制、成熟三个阶段,数字技术介入物流服务平台后,其价值创造主体更加多元化,能够为用户提供更加贴切的服务;价值创造载体由线下物流基地转变为线上应用程序,极大提高了物流效率、解决了车辆空载问题;价值创造逻辑在平台数智化过程中产生适应性变化,从以平台主导的价值创造逻辑转变为以顾客主导的价值创造逻辑。In the era of digital economy,the emergence of logistics platform enterprises provides new ideas for solving the problems of low efficiency,high empty vehicle rate and high cost in the logistics industry.As a new organizational form of value creation,logistics platform enterprises develop rapidly in the field of logistics and become an important direction of the transformation and upgrading of the current logistics industry.However,logistics platform enterprises have not achieved the expected results in the development process,and many problems in value creation activities have not been solved.Taking Chuanhua Logistics Group Co.,Ltd.as the case study object,this paper explores the evolution process of value creation mechanism of Chuanhua Logistics according to its strategic objectives in different development stages.The research finds that the construction of Chuanhua Logistics service platform has experienced three stages of development,replication and maturity.After digital technology is involved in logistics service platform,its value creation subjects become more diversified and can provide users with more appropriate services.The value creation carrier is transformed from offline logistics base to online application,which greatly improves logistics efficiency and solves the problem of empty vehicles.In the process of digital intellectualization of platform,value creation logic adapts from platform-oriented value creation logic to customer-oriented value creation logic.
