摘　　要：文中研究了我国物流类上市公司研发创新效率对企业绩效的影响,并以政府补贴作为切入点,研究其在研发创新效率与企业绩效间的调节作用。文中使用2013-2020年A股物流类上市公司面板数据,利用超效率SBM模型测算了各企业的研发创新效率,并运用OLS混合效应模型实证检验了研发创新效率对企业绩效的影响,以及政府补贴在这两者间起到的调节作用。结果显示:对于物流类企业来说,提高企业研发创新效率有利于企业绩效的提升;对物流类企业进行政府补贴会缓解研发创新活动给企业带来的经济压力,补贴此类企业的试错成本,会对研发创新效率和企业绩效的关系起正向调节作用。This paper studies the impact of R&D innovation efficiency of listed logistics companies in China on corporate performance,and takes government subsidies as a starting point to study the moderating effect between R&D innovation efficiency and corporate performance.It uses panel data of A-share listed logistics companies from 2013 to 2020 to measure the R&D innovation efficiency of each company by using super-efficiency SBM model,and empirically tests the impact of R&D innovation efficiency on corporate performance by using OLS mixed effects model,as well as the moderating role of government subsidies between the two.The results show that for logistics companies,improving the R&D innovation efficiency is beneficial to the improvement of corporate performance;government subsidies for logistics companies can relieve the economic pressure brought by R&D and innovation activities,and subsidizing the trial and error cost of such companies can positively regulate the relationship between R&D innovation efficiency and corporate performance.
