摘  要:新发展阶段,先进制造业对人力资源技术技能水平提出了更高的要求。高职教育可为先进制造业发展提供人力资源保障,先进制造业发展要求高职教育提高适应性。苏州健雄职业技术学院以服务地方发展为根本,围绕区域先进制造业发展需求,以高水平专业群对接先进制造业产业群,引入德国“双元制”职教模式,构建“双元制+标准化”人才培养模式,实施“三站互动、分段轮换”培养路径,实现了高职教育与区域先进制造业的耦合发展。In the new development stage, advanced manufacturing puts forward higher requirements for skilled people. It points out that higher vocational education can close the talent gap in advanced manufacturing, and the development of advanced manufacturing requires higher vocational education to improve its adaptability. Taking Suzhou Chien-Shiung Institute of Technology as an example, the research analyzes the practice of the coupling development of vocational education and the regional advanced manufacturing industries. This model is fundamentally to serve the local development, aiming to meet the requirements of advanced manufacturing in this region. Its high-level specialty groups are industrial matchmaking and it creatively adds standardization to the Germany dual system. All in all, it realizes the staging alternation cultivation and the interaction learning among schools,enterprises and cross-enterprise training centers.
