摘 要:制动器是轻卡重要的安全部件系统,其性能的优劣直接影响整车制动性能及安全性能。随着环境及能源问题的日益凸显,通过轻量化结构优化设计,减轻整车整备质量,能实现节能减排,促进绿色高效发展。本研究基于汽车构造理论及数值分析理论,采用ABAQUS软件,优化了气刹制动器的底板结构,取消了传统制动器的开档结构,并进行CAE强度对比分析及疲劳耐久振动试验验证。试验结果显示:CAE强度对比分析发现,轻量化制动器系统中的制动蹄及底座的最大应力较基础方案都得到优化下降,轻量化效果显著,满足设计目标;疲劳振动试验结果分析发现,静置清理后,经详细检查,试样未出现裂纹及螺栓松动问题,满足设计目标。综合CAE分析及试验验证,轻量化制动器满足零部件设计目标要求,CAE强度及疲劳振动试验结果满足设计目标,轻量化制动器实现减重4.4 kg,效果显著。Brake is an important safety component system of light truck,and its performance directly affects the braking performance and safety performance of the whole vehicle.With the increasingly prominent environmental and energy issues,the vehicle servicing quality is reduced,energy saving and emission reduction are realized,and green and efficient development is promoted through lightweight structure optimization design.Based on the automobile structure theory and numerical analysis theory,the research uses ABAQUS software to optimize the bottom plate structure of the air brake,cancel the open gear structure of the traditional brake,and carry out CAE strength comparative analysis and fatigue endurance vibration test.The test results show that the CAE strength comparison analysis shows that the maximum stress of the brake shoe and the base in the lightweight brake system is optimized and reduced compared with the basic scheme,and the lightweight effect is significant,meeting the design objectives;The analysis of fatigue vibration test results shows that after static cleaning and detailed inspection,the sample has no cracks and loose bolts,meeting the design objectives.Comprehensive CAE analysis and test verification show that the lightweight brake meets the design target requirements of parts,the CAE strength and fatigue vibration test results meet the design objectives,and the lightweight brake achieves a weight reduction of 4.4 kg,with remarkable effect.
