摘 要:为了提升车体结构可靠性,保证列车安全运行。运用子模型技术与响应面法相结合对车体进行可靠性优化。首先,根据静强度分析结果对车体应力集中位置建立子模型;其次,筛选对子模型应力影响较大的变量进行试验设计拟合响应面方程,建立可靠性优化数学模型;最后,以可靠度为约束条件,采用NSGA-Ⅱ算法优化求解。研究结果表明:优化后改善了车体的应力集中,减轻了车质量,为车体的优化设计提供了参考。In order to improve the structural reliability of the car body and ensure the safe operation of the train,the reliability of the car body is optimized by combining the sub-model technology and the response surface method.According to the static strength analysis results,a sub-model is established for the stress concentration position of the vehicle body.The variables that have a greater impact on the stress of the sub-model are screened for experimental design to fit the response surface equation,and a mathematical model for reliability optimization is established.Taking reliability as the constraint condition,the NSGA-II algorithm is used to optimize the solution.The research results show that the optimization improves the stress concentration of the car body and reduces the weight of the car,which provides a reference for the optimal design of the car body.
