摘 要:学术论文摘要作为论文的重要组成部分,其写作的质量以及谋篇布局的范式是语篇分析研究的热门话题。通过分别建立语言学领域下汉语母语学者与英语母语学者国际期刊论文英文摘要的对比语料库,立足宏观语言特征与微观语言特征,从语步结构、时态、语态和人称四个方面对比分析中外学者英文摘要的写作异同。研究发现,汉语母语学者语步完整度优于英语母语学者,但在语步衔接、时态运用等微观层面上仍存在语言运用不当的情况。语态使用上,两类摘要均以主动语态为主。人称使用上,英语母语学者较多使用第一人称,且多用单数主格人称代词。总体上看,汉语母语学者英文摘要写作质量大有提高,其与英语母语学者间的差距在缩小。Being a vital component in a research thesis,abstract is a heated subject in the field of discourse analysis.In this study,two contrastive corpora are established,including corpora of the English abstracts written by Chinese and English-speaking scholars from international linguistics publications.Based on macro-and micro-linguistic perspectives,this paper analyzes the similarities and disparities behind writing patterns in four facets,which are moves structure,tense,voice,and person.The study shows that Chinese-speaking scholars perform better in the integrity of moves but have more non-typical moves structures than English-speaking scholars.In terms of tense,Chinese-speaking scholars have problems coordinating the pragmatic meaning and the actual use of tense.Both use a more active voice in writing.English-speaking scholars use the singular pronoun more often in the first person than Chinese-speaking scholars.Overall,Chinese scholars have greatly improved their writing of English abstracts,narrowing the gap with English-speaking scholars.
