朝鲜唯一领导体制传承模式探析——基于儒家宗法思想文化的视角

摘　　要：传统儒家社会的政治结构具有独特的特色,统治者往往利用以血缘关系为纽带的宗法制度来维护和巩固自身的政治统治,维持宗法政治体制。朝鲜强调领袖开创的主体革命伟业是一项长期的、艰苦卓绝的历史事业,需要承先启后、代代相传,进行到底,其核心是正确解决领袖接班人问题。在实际的革命伟业继承过程中,朝鲜还强调对领袖及领袖接班人的忠诚性、提前解决领导的接班问题、“白头山血统”的继承以及为已故最高领导人服丧三年、实施“遗训政治”等。可以说,这些政治现象与儒家宗法思想文化的相关观点具有重要的逻辑链条,二者之间存在着很多相似之处。正确认识这一点,对于我们加深理解当代朝鲜唯一领导体制的传承模式与架构,积极探索传统儒家宗法思想文化的现代政治意义,都具有重要的参考借鉴价值。The political structure of traditional Confucian society has its unique features.Rulers often use the patriarchal system linked by blood relationship to maintain and consolidate their own political rule and maintain the patriarchal political system.DPRK emphasizes that the great cause of the Juche Revolution initiated by the leader is a long-term,arduous and outstanding historical cause,which needs to be carried out through generations,and its core is to correctly solve the problem of leadership succession.In the process of inheriting the great cause of the revolution,DPRK also highlights loyalty to the leader and his successor,earlier resolution of the succession of the leader,succession of“the Mt.Baekdu blood lineage”,three years of mourning for the deceased Supreme leader,and the practice of“posthumously instructed politics”.It can be said that these political phenomena have an important logical chain with the Confucian patriarchal thoughts and culture,and there are many similarities between them.A correct understanding of this point is of significant reference value to deepen the understanding of the inheritance mode and structure of the only leadership system in DPRK and to actively explore the modern political significance of the traditional Confucian patriarchal thoughts and culture.
