摘  要:利用吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐(Piroctone olamine,OCT)作为主要抑菌成分,以脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱(CAB 35)、月桂酰肌氨酸钠(LS 30)、月桂酰谷氨酸钠(ULS-30S)、烷基糖苷(APG)和椰油酰胺甲基MEA(CMMEA)作为阴离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂、氨基酸型阴离子表面活性剂和非离子型表面活性剂的代表,对研究样品的抑菌性能进行测试,探究OCT在不同表面活性剂种类、含量以及pH值下的抑菌性能。结果表明,OCT的抑菌性能会随着阴离子表面活性剂AES用量的增加而降低,AES添加量建议小于等于5%;OCT在氨基酸型表面活性剂(LS 30和ULS-30S)体系和高含量的两性表活性剂(CAB 35)体系中表现出较好的抑菌性能,LS 30建议添加5%左右,CAB 35添加量建议大于等于10%;非离子表面活性剂添加过高时对OCT抑菌有干扰作用,添加量建议小于等于2%;pH≤5.5时,OCT对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌具有强效的抑菌能力,抑菌率都大于90%。Piroctone olamine(OCT)was used as the main bacteriostatic component,and the bacterial inhibition of OCT in presence of different mass concentrations of different surfactants was studied.Six surfactants commonly used in personal care products,i.e.,sodium alcohol ether sulfate(AES),cocamidopropyl betaine(CAB 35),sodium lauroyl sarcosinate(LS 30),sodium lauroyl glutamate(ULS-30S),alkyl glycoside(APG),and cocamide methyl MEA(CMMEA),were used.The results showed that,the bacteriostatic performance of OCT was decreased with the increase of AES,and thus the amount of AES was suggested to be≤5%.OCT exhibited good bacteriostatic performance in the presence of amino acid surfactants and in presence of high dosage of zwitterionic surfactant.5%LS 30 and≥10%CAB 35 were recommended.High dosage of non-ionic surfactant could interfere the bacteriostatic performance of OCT,whose recommended dosage was≤2%.In addition,OCT showed good bacteriostatic performance against Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Candida albicans when pH≤5.5.
