摘  要:[目的/意义]大数据时代对信息管理类专业教育提出新的发展要求。通过调研分析社会对信息管理类人才的多元需求,旨在为信息管理类人才教育改革提供参考。[方法/过程]运用网络调查法和内容分析法,采集前程无忧网、猎聘网中信息管理类人才校园招聘信息,围绕专业技能与综合素质两大核心需求,剖析社会对信息管理类人才现有需求与未来需求之间的现实差距,并在此基础上揭示信息管理类人才培养面临的现实困境。[结果/结论]大数据时代,社会对信息管理类人才专业技能、综合素质的现有需求与未来需求之间存在较大差距,并从明确培养目标、优化课程体系、健全培养方式三个方面提出相应对策建议。[局限]缺少对政府机关和事业单位招聘信息的分析。[Purpose/significance]The era of big data puts forward new development requirements for information management professional education.Through the research and analysis of the society’s diverse needs for information management talents,it aims to provide a reference for the education reform of information management talents.[Method/process]Using network survey method and content analysis method to collect campus recruitment information for information management talents from 51.com and Liepin.com,focusing on the two core needs of professional skills and comprehensive quality,analyze the society’s demand for information management talents the realistic gap between the existing demand and the future demand,and on this basis,reveal the realistic dilemma faced by the information management personnel training.[Result/conclusion]In the era of big data,there is a big gap between the current demand and future demand for professional skills and comprehensive quality of information management talents in society.And from the clear training objectives,optimize the curriculum system,improve the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions of training methods.[Limitations]There is a lack of analysis on the recruitment information of government agencies and institutions.
