摘 要:当前正处于工业3.0向工业4.0过渡的阶段,差异化需求和准时化生产双重驱动下的生产任务管控是离散型半自动化混流包装线面临的难题。基于离散型半自动化混流包装线生产任务管控的多维度要素分析,建立了离散型半自动化混流包装线生产任务管控的两级框架,其中第一层针对包装线级,提出了工艺任务的优先级评定方法;第二层针对工站级,提出了工序任务的序列迭代优化方法。结合卧式钢卷包装生产线,对所建立的离散型半自动化混流包装线生产任务管控框架的具体应用实施过程进行了讨论。所提出方法具有可行性,能够为离散型半自动化混流包装线的生产任务管控提供一种解决方案。Under the background of the transition from industry3.0 to industry 4.0,the discrete semi-automatic mixed-flow packaging line is facing the problem of production task management and control under the dual drive of differentiated demand and just-in-time production.In view of this,based on the multi-dimensional element analysis of the production task management and control of the discrete semi-automatic mixed-flow packaging line,a two-level framework of the production task management and control of the discrete semi-automatic mixed-flow packaging line is established.In the first level,the priority evaluation method of process task is proposed for the packaging line level;in the second level,the sequence iteration optimization method of procedure task is proposed for the work station level.Combined with the horizontal steel coil packaging production line,the specific application and implementation process of the discrete semi-automatic mixed-flow packaging line production task management and control framework are discussed,and the feasibility of the proposed method is verified.
