摘 要:续驶里程是客户购买电动车的重点考虑因素之一,增加续驶里程也是各厂商的重点技术攻关对象。论文通过讲解电动车的构成及原理,并基于基础理论,从三电与整车维度分析和总结了影响续驶里程的因素。结合常用测试工况,分析了各因素对续驶里程及能量消耗率的影响程度。最后通过实例,展示了电动汽车的续驶里程开发在数据仿真阶段和实车验证阶段的重点工作内容,为以后的电动汽车的开发提供参考。Range is one of the key considerations for customers to purchase battery electric vehicles,and increasing range is also a key technical target for manufacturers.By understanding the composition and principle of battery electric vehicles,based on the basic theory,the factors affecting the range from system of motor and control system and battery to the whole vehicle were analyzed and summarized.Combined with the commonly used test conditions,the level of influence of various factors on the range and energy consumption rate was analyzed.Finally,the key work contents of the range development of battery electric vehicles in the simulation stage and the real vehicle verification stage were shown by examples,which could provide an important reference for the development of battery electric vehicles in the future.
