摘 要:随着经济和制造技术的高速发展,现代数控加工技术已成为制造业实现自动化、柔性化、集成化生产的基础技术。文章将差速器壳轴承安装外圆加工方案由传统磨削更改为数控车削加工,通过对数控机床装夹定位精度,对刀具切学性能、工艺加工切削参数等过程影响要素进行选择和优化改进,最后以数字化程序自动进行加工,消除了操作者人为产生的误差,提升了产品加工形状和尺寸精度,质量更加稳定可靠。同时将磨削工序加工内容合并至车削工序后,资源利用率提高,产品制造周期缩短。由于过程工艺链缩短和设备数量的减少,车间占地面积、维护费用、线体人员配置也随之减少,从而降低了生产成本,带来高的经济效益。With the rapid development of economy and manufacturing technologies,modern CNC machining has become the basic technology for manufacturing industry to realize automation,flexibility and integrated production.In this paper,the machining scheme of the installation outer circle of the differential housing bearing was changed from traditional grinding to CNC turning.Through the selection and optimization of the process influencing factors such as the clamping and positioning accuracy of the CNC machining tool,the cutting performance of the tool,process and cutting parameters,the machining was carried out automatically with the digital program to eliminate the man-made errors of the operator.The processing shape and dimensional accuracy of the product were improved,and the quality was more stable and reliable.Meanwhile,after the grinding process was combined with the turning process,the resource utilization was improved and the product manufacturing cycle was shortened.Due to the shortening of the process chain and the reduction of the number of equipment,the floor area of the workshop,maintenance cost and line personnel allocation were also decreased,which could reduce the production cost and bring high economic benefits.
