大运河非物质文化遗产保护与开发的域外经验及启示

摘　　要：保护并开发大运河非物质文化遗产是建设大运河文化带、提高非遗“造血”功能的重要抓手。法国米迪运河、加拿大里多运河、比利时中央运河、荷兰阿姆斯特丹运河带、英国庞特基西斯特水道桥与运河在保护和开发运河非遗方面的做法颇有可取之处。针对我国大运河非遗存在的区域管理各自为政、外生环境保护堪忧、传承渠道与传播方式单一、缺乏文创业态开发等问题,我国应借鉴国外在组织管理、氛围营造及产品开发方面的经验,通过培育大运河社会组织、串联大运河非遗资源、借助“节事+”引流、开发特色衍生文创产品、设计研学旅行产品等举措,提高保护与开发大运河非遗的成效。Protecting and developing the intangible cultural heritage of the Grand Canal plays an important role in building the cultural belt of the Grand Canal and improving the self-development capacity of the intangible heritage.As to the protection and development of canal intangible cultural heritage,a lot can be drawn upon from the experiences of Canal du Midi(France),Rideau Canal(Canada),Central Canal(Belgium),Amsterdam Canal Ring(Netherlands),and Pontcysyllte Aqueduct and Canal(UK).In view of the problems existed in the intangible cultural heritage of the Grand Canal,such as fragmented regional administration,worrisome exogenous environmental protection,single inheritance channel and dissemination way,lack of creative cultural business development,China should reasonably learn from the experiences of foreign canals in organizational management,atmosphere construction and product development.The effectiveness of protecting and developing the intangible cultural heritage of the Grand Canal will be improved by cultivating social organizations,linking intangible heritage resources,making use of festival activities to attract visitors,developing special derivative cultural products,and designing study tour products.
