摘  要:为研究不同粒色糜子品种表型和营养物质含量上的差异,2021年测定了6种粒色共30份糜子材料的主要表型性状及蛋白、脂肪和碳水化合物含量等营养指标。结果发现,30个糜子品种在主要表型性状上均差异显著,同时按粒色分类发现灰色糜子品种生育期总体相较于其他颜色糜子偏短;灰色和褐色糜子总体单株粒质量偏轻。30个糜子的营养物质含量表现差异显著,所有糜子品种均表现出碳水化合物含量与蛋白含量之间的负相关性。粒色不同是糜子某一品种特性,不是界定糜子是否适用于生产使用的标志,糜子品种在主要表型农艺性状上的差异性,不能简单以粒色分类,稀有粒色糜子品种经过发掘和改良也能在生产上推广应用。In order to study the difference of phenotype and nutrient content of different grain color millet varieties in Chifeng.In 2021,the main phenotypic characters of 30 millet materials with 6 grain colors and related nutritional indexes such as protein,fat and carbohydrate were measured.It was found that the main phenotypic characters of 30 millet varieties were significantly different.At the same time,according to the classification of grain color,it was found that the growth period of gray grain color millet varieties was shorter than that of other colors.The grain weight of gray and brown millet per plant was light.There were significant differences in nutrient content among 30 chyme varieties,and all chyme varieties showed a negative correlation between carbohydrate content and protein content.In short,the difference of grain color was only the characteristic of a certain variety of millet,not a sign to define whether it was suitable for production and use.The differences of millet varieties in main phenotypic agronomic traits can not be simply classified by grain color.Rare grain color millet varieties can also be popularized and applied in production after excavation and improvement.
