摘 要:针对高反射Ag薄膜在高温高湿条件下的快速老化问题,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)及X射线衍射仪(XRD)对60℃、90%RH条件下的老化样品进行测试分析。结果显示:在60℃、90%RH大气条件下老化1 d, Ag薄膜开始出现腐蚀,腐蚀产物主要为Ag_(2)O。对比常温大气条件下的腐蚀产物和腐蚀速率,结果表明:60℃、90%RH高温高湿条件下Ag薄膜发生的腐蚀为电化学腐蚀,常温大气条件下Ag薄膜的腐蚀为纯化学腐蚀,两者腐蚀机理不同。In order to study the problem of rapid aging of high reflection Ag film under high temperature and high humidity,the aging samples exposed to 60℃and 90%RH were analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).Results showed that the Ag film began to corrode after an aging of 1 day at 60℃and 90%RH and the main corrosion product was Ag_(2)O.Comparing with the corrosion products and corrosion rate under normal atmospheric conditions,it could be found that the corrosion of Ag film at a high temperature of 60℃and a high humidity of 90%RH was electrochemical corrosion,while that under the normal atmospheric temperature was pure chemical corrosion.The corrosion mechanisms were different.
