摘　　要：概述了天然多糖气凝胶的主要制备方法、种类和特性;天然多糖气凝胶结合了多糖良好的生物相容性和生物可降解等特性,并且凭借气凝胶材料的低密度,高比表面积和高孔隙率等特点,广泛应用于工业各个领域。重点介绍了天然多糖气凝胶在食品领域、环境污水处理、生物医药等方面的应用研究进展,并对目前研究中存在的问题进行总结和未来的研究趋势进行展望,旨在为多糖的深入研究及其在工业中的广泛应用提供一定参考,为新型多糖气凝胶的开发及多糖的应用拓展提供新思路。The main preparation methods,types and characteristics of natural polysaccharide aerogel are summarized.Natural polysaccharide aerogels combine the good biocompatibility and biodegradability of polysaccharides,and are widely used in various industrial fields by virtue of the low density,high specific surface area and high porosity of aerogels.The application research progress of natural polysaccharide aerogels in the field of food,environmental wastewater treatment,biomedicine,and the existing problems in the current research were summarized and the future research trend was prospected,aiming to provide a certain reference for the in-depth research of polysaccharides and its wide application in industry.It provides new ideas for the development of novel polysaccharide aerogels and the application and expansion of polysaccharides.
