摘　　要：建立了N,N,N-三羟基异氰尿酸的反相高效液相检测方法,计算了回收率和精密度,并采用外标法对其标准溶液进行了测定。结果表明,流动相采用甲醇/水(体积比55∶45);色谱柱InertSustain C18(4.6×150 mm,5μm);柱温:40℃;200 nm作为检测波长,280 nm作为参考检测波长;N,N,N-三羟基异氰尿酸回收率为100.8%,精密度RSD为1.05%(n=7),最小检测量为1.15×10^(-8) g/L,线性相关系数为0.9967。建立的方法具有简便、准确、重现性好的优点。The analysis of N,N,N-trihydroxyisocyanuric acid(THICA)was determined by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC).Conditions of sample preparation,mobile phase and detect wavelength were tested and optimized.The conditions as follows:chromatographic column of InertSustain C18 with 4.6×150 mm,column temperature of 40℃,mobile phase of Methanol-H_(2)O(v/v 55∶45)and detect wavelength of 220 nm with 280 nm as a reference.The calculated recovery were 100.8%,and the value of RSD(n=7)were 1.05%.The detection limit(DL)of the method was 1.15×10^(-8) g/L and correlation coefficient of 0.9967.This method was simple,accurate and reproducible for determination of THICA.
