摘  要:习近平法治思想逻辑严密、科学完备、内涵丰富、博大精深,蕴含着丰富的法学教育和法治人才培养观点,为新时代法学教育和高素质法治人才培养发展指明了方向。华东政法大学以习近平法治思想为指引,在办学过程中始终以理想信念教育和价值引领为重点,以立德树人为根本任务,着力构建德法兼修的育人新机制,以“多科融合、法科一流”为建设目标,调整优化学科专业布局,服务国家战略,为国家和地方法治建设提供法治保障。学校坚持开门办学、开放办学、创新办学,加强与法治实务部门的合作交流,着力构建高素质法治人才培养共同体;积极引入国外优质教育资源,着力培养高素质涉外法治人才。Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is logical and rigorous,scientific and complete,which is also abundant in its content in legal education and the cultivation of the rule-of-law talent.The thought points out the direction for the development of legal education and high-quality rule-of-law talent in the New Era.East China University of Political Science and law,guided by Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,has always focused on the education of ideals and beliefs and value guidance in the process of running the university.The university takes virtue education as the fundamental task and takes efforts to establish a new mechanism of cultivating students both virtue and law specialties.It also takes development goal of“multi-disciplinary integration and first-class law major”to adjust and optimize the layout of disciplines and specialties and serve the national strategy and provide the guarantee for the rule-of-law construction for both the region and the country The university adheres to the principle of open-up running,innovative running through cooperation and communication with legal practice departments in order to build a shared community of high-quality rule-of-law talent.In addition,the university also actively introduce overseas high-quality educational resources in order to comprehensively cultivate high-quality rule-of-law talent.
